Dr. Ostrach has over 38 years of extensive experience in interdisciplinary biological & environmental sciences specializing in aquatic and terrestrial pathobiological and toxicology studies. This includes expertise in protocol development and implementation of regulatory compliance monitoring and testing.
Accomplishments include design, development and funding of several aquatic toxicology facilities including the UC Davis Aquatic Toxicology Research Facility.
Dr. Ostrach has extensive experience in State, Federal and private sector research contract negotiations resulting in over five million dollars in contracts/grants in recent years. He has been principal investigator on several state and federal research contracts.
Dr. Ostrach has developed long standing collaborative relationships with numerous Universities, State & Federal agencies as well as with NGO’s and conservation organizations.
